hi, for the entry into one or more holes just define the pattern of the entrance points and then select it in roughness on the "enter" page in this case the roughing can automatically create the drilling cycle, indicating the diameter.

for cap surfaces, you manage them as a "until" group instead of "work" in the "default thickness" management if by default you want them ignored in all processing, otherwise if you want to do it inside a specific tool path do the same by clicking the "component thickness" icon that appears on the main page of the processing, next to the "sovrametal" field.
