new parts 9 and 10autumn brought the introduction of two last parts to the norm. parts necessary to treat important aspects such as administrative management and maintenance, which will complete the overall regulatory system.
in part 9 will be standardized: the “two diligenge” and the digital relief (points clouds, thermographs, tomographs, etc.), the rules of construction of the corporate “cooperative platforms” (over top of the bookcases of objects and the environments of sharing of acdat/cde orders) and, above all, the “fascicle of the digital building”: beyond the file of the building (to understand not only the building infrastructure and the environment but also the building beyond the development stage to understand the information management in operation, in the life cycle.
Part 9 will have, as rapporteur, Mr dejaco.
The part 10 of the norm, in last, addresses the new issues of the bim towards the aspects of administrative management; what in building smart international (bsi) takes the name of e-permit bim. after the presentation to barcelona (bsi 2017) of the tests performed on: ski, dia and permit to build (common of Milan, polytechnic of Milan, orders of the architects and engineers of Milan, harpaceas, oneteam and autodesk italia) and the comparison with the works of korea and japan, the one table has decided to face also this aspect of the digital information management.
Part 10 will have Prof. Cecilia Bolognesi as rapporteur.

Italy, moreover, today presides, with marzia bolpagni (delegate uni), the table of the cen where they are writing, starting also from the Italian ones, the future European praises.
