any of you have experience of welding particulars in injection molded pp?
I think I understand, the most common method is hot plate welding. I was wondering if there are regulations on the emissions during the melting phase of the material both for the environment and for the operational staff.
other question concerns the type of plate. I have only seen cases where the plate is flat and the welding happens then at a plane. are there contraindications in the case of a welding that develops along a non-flat surface (for example curve)?
ultrasonic welding is not recommended, but not discarded a priori. experiences?
