save animation in avi

hi guys, I have my nice set, I opened the animation module, I configured the key frames and animation works, the problem is that I don't see how to convert into a video avi, the animation I can save it in between or pba but I think that's not the right way.

Any ideas?

I autopsondo, after half an hour I saw where the button is: in the play window (play, speed, etc...) there is a button "capture" and in there are all the settings to make the video, with its codec comes out of good quality and with an extremely reduced weight.

I take advantage of it to ask another question: in modalita standar regenerating the model in different positions I have that the spring adapted between the two plates, while in the animation this does not happen (it remains compressed, the same I happen with solidworks): is it a software limitation or should I set something somewhere?
