Bye to all,
I have a problem, I share it with you in hope that someone can help me.
I have an autocad file, with inside several details in sheet metal to be laser cut.
each detail has a code to be engraved, inserted as text.
I have the need to create a file for each detail and save it by name with the text to be engraved.
is there according to you the possibility to create a macro that, after I cut the design of the assieme and glued into a new file, read me the text and save me the file by name?

I hope I explained.
Thank you! !

if there is only one text is very simple. I attach a file that you need to upload into each new design using the appload command by entering it into the 'start group'.
in the new dwg file, in which you glued the geometry, then type: sat View attachment SAT.LSP

I have this site where I realize several programs. http://softwareby100.weebly.com/In the specific I have one that I use in the daily work where it opens n files present in the chosen folder and writes the text of the file name with a custom character and also sets colors or layers compatible with the target cam program. In addition, it explodes so the cam program reads the vector components of the writing and does not see it as text object.

I just did it for the workshop where I work.
you start from a square or rectangular block with attributes where you put the data; the blocks are called in a certain way depending on their size (1000x1000 1000x2000 etc.).When the development of the pieces is finished the macro that searches for all the specific blocks, takes the info from the attributes (name thickness quantity etc.) and copies and pastes the content inside the box into a new file saving it in dxf with the name taken from the attributes info.
