Write in tiny, in a forum to write in uppercase is to scream and there is no need here.
The solution is very easy but, as zimmy rightly said, if you prefer toys .. go to play with those, did not prescribe your doctor to use creo.
The model should not be scaled... because the size is right, there is another thing that is wrong, think about it.

Create a set in mm, insert the subaxieme into mm and then convert in centimeters.
