scale drawing without changing quotas

Hello everyone,
I would like to know if there is a system/command to scale a drawing (in model) already listed without changing the size of the quotas themselves.

I have to scale without scale factor, basically I have to "fill" part of the drawing sheet and then print.

how can you scale an entity that measures 100 by bringing it to 10 and always have it worth 100?

Explodes quotas by turning them into text

thank you for the answer, if a function does not exist then I explode the quotas and create a group/block....at least I do not find hundreds of free objects and to always control.

I never tried, but creating a block of everything and climbing the quotas remain frozen. without having to explode the odds.
