scale lines in paper space (layout)

when I design in the model with my 2004 carcad, I set a line dotted with scale 5. see image below reported. It's a level of scaling I like.

but when I go to the paper space (layout) the restraints are much longer. It's not a zoom problem, it's just longer. is it possible to ensure that the length of the frame appears identical in both the model and the layout?
Thus, for example, a line of x length that in the model space is represented by 20 restraints in the paper space and only 2 strokes.
