Sorry, I hope there's some expert answering me.on a 2-storey construction I insert a staircase that I would like to see you dissected on the ground floor and in projection on the upper floor.... but!!!
or I see it on the ground floor or I see it on the upper floor in projection........ Where am I wrong?
the staircase if it is placed on the polished ground floor, when I go on the shiny floor 1 you do not see; and vice versa
Is that clear?

objects live on the polish where you create them.
It's normal if you create the scale on the p1 you don't see it on the p2, if you view the glosses individually.
you probably want to create a ramp for each floor and not a single one that covers them all. In this way you can manage the graphic look of the two-dimensional with more precision.
then, if you create the scale by editing ad hoc each category for each of its elements, you will be able to better manage the graphic aspect in viewports, where you can assign for each floor the dotted or continuous line. the starlogic module allows it.
What version of the program are you using?
I do.
I do.

my version is 2010 the fact that if I remain within the 2d is all right (i.e. I already do as you say). But when I make the 3d it seems strange that going from one floor to another, i.e. from glossy to glossy, it does not allow to show once the stair dissected and once in projection. If I do one that belongs to p1 and another to p2, in the 3d I will have 2 stairs? !

when I do 3d
You can attach an image of the 3d view you're talking about, so maybe I can help you better.
keep in mind that if you work with objects like stairs, walls, doors, etc... you are still working in 3d even if you are in the plant and have under your eyes a two-dimensional representation of these objects.
3d views show you an overview. the model you see as you would see a real building. while the section concept, what you want to get imagine, is typically two-dimensional.
Therefore, when you move into a 3d view you lose the purely two-dimensional representation, for a whole model.
I do.

So... this is the screen I attach
when I am on the ground floor I set that the scale at 1.5 meters is dissected.
When I climb to the first floor, the ladder disappears. from a purely theoretical point of view you could say: "The staircase belongs to the shiny floor1 so you can't see on the shiny floor2".
but if we reason from the point of view of the representation I on the floor2 should see the projection of the scale.... or not!
in archicad as much as a slender thing you can do!

If you do not use unified views, all that belongs to p1 you cannot see it at p2.
So you can't see the scale.
the ideal is that you build 2 stairs (consecutive if the ramp is unique), one for each polish.
If you want to see in the assonometric view that attaches the scale to the projection, then at lower altitude than the p2, create a viewport where the p1 remains only the category of the scale.
personally I wouldn't do it because I consider the 3d different views as conceived by purely two-dimensional architectural designs. but this is my opinion.
I do.
