create your hole in body c, make the copy-paste with connection of the body c so to create a body d.
use the boolean by subtracting the body to the body c and then subtracting the body b the body d.
experts correct me if there is another "parametric" way.

This behavior is typical of the functional modeling module of catia, or depends on how you organize the tree with the buleanes.
