script per managee layer

Hello, everyone. my name is paolo and I normally use autocad lt 2010. I would need to create a script that automatically binds me some layers and disconnect others. the thing would not be difficult if I could insert the names of the layers in question in the script, but unfortunately it is not possible because my requirement would be that of:
1) Defrost the layer after the current layer
2) make the layer of point 1 active
3) Freeze the previous layer

with the script you can't do. you would need a lisp. Unfortunately you have the lt version that does not support the lisp.
