search cad tutorials for home design

I don't know much about autocad, I'd need a video-course if possible, which leaves from 0 in such a way that I can then draw the plan of a house, to make it 3d and finally to furnish it.
I already own the plant I should scan it or redesign it to make it changeable?
according to you as time I can learn and what tutorial you recommend, I saw the doctorcad channel on you tube, what do you recommend?

If you have to start from scratch, let yourself lose autocad and throw yourself on revit. if you are looking for web video contests also in Italian

But what do you need? for study? to simply furnish your home?
in the latter case it is better to simply go on programs more indicated to a single use type sweet home 3d or pcon.planner, which are free, more intuitive and indicated to that purpose.
