Sorry but I'm not familiar with these things.... now I try to explain better: I have a box of size 520x400 (mm), high150 mm which, through a swallow tail guide must flow on a plate of size 520x600 thick 10 mm.... all 2 elements are in steel or derlin.. .
the box is subject has a vertical weight of 45 kg and a horizontal of 5 kg.

I must definitely use catalog guides but I think I have to justify my choice....
