Given the exorbitant prices applied by autodesk and the last policy not to sell permanent licenses I cannot afford to purchase an annual license.

I am therefore looking for a "used" license to buy, although it was the version of a few years ago would be fine.

any suggestion on how to respond it is well accepted.

licenses are not sold by customers, it would be crime.
only companies authorized to sell the software can provide them, and however the holder of the subscription is always the final customer.
the same was previously valid for purchaseable licenses.

the sentence does not concern the licenses used by subscription, but only those purchased by the "old way". I also believe that the problem is in this part:the reason is that the software is still downloadable, and just have the serial number to be able to use it, so there is no way to guarantee the so-called "procured unusability".

Moreover the autodesk is not European but American if I am not mistaken, so I do not know how subject it is.

But here I stop because I don't know about the subject.
what I know is that I have never seen or heard of selling licenses used in this field since I work there.. in case you had always ignored the thing would be interesting to see if and how it works and is managed.

it was so much to say that what re-quota does not correspond to true for almost 10 years (the sentence is 2012). in use is so more or less as much time.

the rules are simple, more or less you have to communicate to the manufacturer/distributor that "I gave the license 1234 to stool and I have provided to eliminate everything from my pc...I am no longer in possession of the vs software/services in any way etc.". in the web you will find something more detailed about it if you care. I don't even care about continuing on the subject, it was so much to inform you, and especially that they don't have any wrong news around. on the use of the time/night license I have never informed myself ;-) greetings
