section line positioning with snap

hi guys, until today I have never placed the problem, but since in this project I have several curved objects I need absolute precision. I have to create a section, but I need to place it in the exact center of a wall...the point is that the section line can not move it with the help of snaps... so far I have gone to the eye (as always to today) but zooming by zooming you notice the incorrect alignment to my reference line. . .
I think it's just that I'm here. Can you tell me something about it?

the section line is "snapperable" to the reference planes, which are in turn "snapperable" to the walls...it is a little twisted but it works
