for all views go on the 3d property/drafting button do not cut in sections ....... then you have other intuitive options that you can try .

for the view instead you are in the 2d, button dx on the view object ..../property of arrangement .
here you can select either in 2d or 3d and then change by selecting what and clicking on change ... selecting what you would like to do.
