Hi, jleon.
no it is not possible because the sections for antonomasia "cut" virtually all the model or together 3d and are displayed and managed in the view management menu, where you can turn on or disable what you need, goes if you move with the insertion point in the template tree you can have the section in that particular historical state, then your active section will always be updated.
in creo 2.0 have inserted the visibility of the sections also in the model tree, but this serves to allow you to manage them directly from this point without passing from the management menu seen but it does not allow you to drag because it does not make sense.
