Hello, everyone!
I would like to know if it is possible with ansys to verify the equivalent tension of a section of a profile, if yes, how?thanks!

you can import the solid beam and impose constraints. after sending the solution, define a working plane and then the section surface on the working plane. by making an offset using the wp settings tools in the top drop-down menu (ansys classic) you can dissect your beam as you want (it is not really intuitive to move the reference system) and see on the section equivalent efforts. to have information about the various commands of the ansys bar you should consult the help carefully.

but e.g. if you want to know the tangential tensions of a section, could I realize the section with plane42 elements and then insert the vertical force that gives the cut?

If you want to model the 3d beam without thickness, you can do it. But you have to make sure that the plane42 element is able to transfer loads even in the direction of its size nothing (I don't want to miss it, but I think not: maybe for the analysis you have to use shell elements).
