hello to all beautiful and ugly!! !

taming any of you managed to configure pro-e so that when selecting a particular sub-axieme in the 3d view you automatically select the file in the template tree by expanding all sub-axiemes so that it can be displayed?

Hello, thank you.

Bye!

I don't read the version you used in your profile.
I work with creo 2.0 m060 and selecting the component, right click -> locates in the template tree.

with the wf3 m250 I used before, I didn't find a similar command.

I don't think it's possible. I give up, even if it's not exactly what you're looking for, so:
in the select tree expand everything, then click on the detail in the graphic area which is highlighted in the model tree, at this point scrolling it you find it easily.
with the hope that someone will forget me and find us other solutions, this is what I do.

I use a wf3 and a wf5 but in neither of them there is "individual in the tree" too until I use the method of dani but when you start having so many details becomes a cinema!

Is there no macros or anything?

I'll tell you...
by selecting the particular click (holding 10 or 20 seconds as standard pro-e  > edit parameters

you open the window of parameters that don't give a damn but at the same time explodes the model tree!

edit: wf3 does not work! Fuck!

And good eliuz, good system, it works. I have done so many times this operation to control the parameters of prts, but I have never noticed how the model tree behaved:finger:
I'm happy with my investment.

Hello, everyone!
try this too:
- Right-click on the command bar, from the selected pop up window "commands", on the left of the selected window "view", you will run the list of commands until you reach "one" (not the one with the full square but the one with the empty square) see attached image.
drag the command to the toolbar.
at this point select the desired component, click on the "one" icon and the model tree will open until the selected component.
also works with individual features.

I didn't know, great straight jambo, good to make! ! !

Good day!!! :finger:

a good jambo, too, that was exactly what we were looking for. It's amazing how many things you can learn by participating in this forum, I take the opportunity to thank everyone.
another jambo thing, along with the "one" icon, there are others I don't know, before we get lost in time, are there any other interesting ones that aren't in the classic menu?

thanks also works with wf3!

dani-3d do not think I know other particular icons that an experienced user like you do not already know.
I can only say that to speed modeling work I added to the classic menu the measuring icons length, size diameter, size angle and special glue.
in the sketch environment I added the icon of references that I find indispensable.

hi jambo, I'm sorry I'm late, but I did the long weekend and I pulled the plug off the computer.
thanks for consideration, but as you see also experienced users do not know some commands, in particular I refer to the display commands, such as:
levels of vsualization, island etc. I don't know what they need.
