from 1 July 2010 the construction companies that receive from the owners of the house the payment by bank transfer for the renovation of the building (bonus 36%) or of the energy requalification of the buildings (deduction of 55%) will be seen from now on to apply from the bank (as the bank is made the transfer) a 10% tax due to the payment of the taxes.
