series according to sketch quotas

Good morning to all
but perhaps my problem is so trivial that no one has ever highlighted it.
as from object I would like to perform series by imposing that the module of the spacing “points” to a quota of a preexisting sketch so that by changing the above sketch the series is updated accordingly.
an example could be a simple axb frame to which bond a plate on a corner, then I do the series (module on x=a, module on y=b) of this plate to repeat it to the 4 corners of the frame.
so if I change the frame sketch the plates remain where the series had repeated them.
if to give the module to x and y could have bet on the quota a and b instead of typing the value I would have solved my problem.

you can do everything, starting to define the variables a and b and bind the quotas of the series to these two variables.
first thing to locate the series, click 2 times so that the step is displayed, then click on this quota to tie it with equations to what you want. also assess whether it is the case of making streaks or series.
