server apache che non parte

I have an apache server that at startup gives me this problem:

Does anyone have any idea what it is?

to me something had happened on the similar with xampp and in the apache configuration file was not correctly set the path of the installation directory. ...maybe try to give an eye. I don't know anymore.

I have a big deal solved by reinstalling an older version, I think it was a php problem or ruined libraries.
