setting part insertion on existing component

Good morning.

my question is this with catia v5 when a new component was inserted at tree level, it was required if you wanted to use the origin of another object or use the default positioning, with catia v6/3dexperience this does not happen and I wanted to know if there is a setting to set it in this way.

thanks bicciofabri, I made a request directly to the assistance but for the moment I did not have answer. we say that at the moment using a combination of commands I can do that passage but it is not as dynamic as v5.
