setup of measuring units

every time I open the program to model something, automatically sets me Anglo-Saxon measurement units.
Obviously, I would like to set millimeters, kg and seconds.I tried to change the units of measurement from model properties --> units but reset the Anglo-Saxon ones every time I reopen the program.
Is there anyone who can help me?

You can also simply use a mask (templates) whose unit is mm.

two are the alternatives
1 look for system config.pro file, edit it and change parameters
2 following your video, click on options, from where you see the config. and return to point 1
