sewing more surfaces in one single

Bye to all,

I tried to see similar discussions, but I couldn't solve the problem.

I have a shovel of a wind turbine divided into a number n of cross sections and connected each by two curves (leading and trailing edge) to the extremes of that sections. not manually created geometry, but is output of a simulation with a program. I created the lateral surfaces (in purple) between two successive sections through the blue surf command, using the two curves to the extremes as guidelines. Now I have to sew them in such a way as to obtain a single surface. when I use the 'cucire' command after selecting two adjacent surfaces gives me this error "unsuccessful sewing: impossible to sew a single sheet"... does anyone know how I can solve?

I tried to change the tolerance in the options of the seam function.

does not charge me the file directly then I place the link for the drive:

hi, in the file you have attached there are no surfaces you try to sew, it is therefore difficult to understand why. I imagine they were created using curves or segments such that do not make the seam possible (strange that changing the tolerance does not settle, did you try to put tolerance 1 mm?)

I created some surfaces and sewed without problems; in addition, mark that with bluesurf you can select all sections in sequence without needing them later; pay attention to alignment points.

Thank you very much for the answer and help.

I managed to sew the surfaces and created the overall side surface of the shovel. I now have to create an internal surface parallel to this, at a distance of 70 mm, so that I can subsequently generate the solid between the two surfaces. using the offset command, however, gives me this error: "Impossible to create the offset or impossible to eliminate the face"... do you have any idea what may be due and how could I solve it?

I remember that the initial geometry didn't create it myself, but I imported it from an external file generated by another program... but still there should be no intersection, otherwise I could not have created the lateral surface.

I attach the file hoping it can open.

Thanks again.
