hello to all

I wanted to ask if you ever had to make ideal sections in inventor's table masses

to explain myself better, imagine a frame of a machine leaning to a support, tilted of a tot of degrees I do a front section of said frame by tilting the section line like the frame... but I need to show some parts as if they were projected horizontally without inclination. . .

is a type of visualization that I need to faithfully recreate some constructive drawings of a machine by remaking me you have old drawings of those who designed it without inventor, who used this ideal section method

I hope I've made myself understand otherwise ask...

ideal sections in the masses of inventor

making sections as you want is an art, a representation that a stupid sw cannot conceive.
The only one is to look for compromises, like breaking sections or making two where there was originally one.
the biggest problem is that you can't match the various views or sections well.
Perhaps, however, obstinate to make a good meal is no longer an actual thing.

you are right in fact think that I managed for a car to do it in practice x a view I used two same assemblies in which in one I showed the parts that followed the cut of the section and another where I only saw the parts that were to be projected... and I aligned them vertically so that they centered each other

now with this new machine not being symmetrical as the one of before just not visible some parts loses the centering of the alignment...and since these sections serve to give the odds on a single direction (in my case the orrizonatle) making the whole + enjoyable to the sight can not align them orrizontlmnete by hand.. .

Too bad I hoped there was some "absurd" command that would undo the projection of the section to make me apply only the orthogonal projection. ..but in fact it requires the software to fix something that actually does not exist so I guess impossible

I hoped there was some "absurd" command.

you don't need a " absurd" command, just one thing I've been asking for a long time, the snap as in autocad or the possibility of multiple alignment of the various views, taking as reference what I want and not what decides the program.
I asked for the alignment of the ball or the quotas, but it is a generalized thing at all the table.
Moreover, in my opinion, for the sw the management of such an alignment would be easier than what it is doing now.
to every rel. I always hope to see it realized...

did you try when you did the section to do dx on the section and check the aligned voice instead of projected or vice versa (I don't remember )? ? the difference is that one makes you the real section as the other makes you the section as if it were lying.

I tried now but it does not solve the problem it decreases...cmq I managed to force in another way... making a section with a broken line and hiding and reinserting inside the axieme with only visible the part I had hidden before and now keeps the alignment centered

... centellinano, limano, change the color (grey or amber), the user interface is twisted and what you really need will spun to the next release.

However, the table of the latest releases I like so much, even with the difettucci remaining.
I don't know any other sw, I don't know what level inventor stands (I don't like the phrase but I don't want to fix it:biggrin: )
