Good morning to all,
I'm luca and I'm a registered mole.
It's been a long time since I've been gathering here and the information, an idea of maximum now I think I've done it but I would like your opinion on it (better still a few straight and/or material) as far as I'm going to expose you.
I follow for work a dear friend who has a mechanical processing company, is very well structured with avant-garde cnc and important investments.
constantly looking for improvement, it is facing outside the Italian borders acquiring more and more foreign customers, in order to be competitive in terms of timing, would like to resort to the prototyping of mechanical pieces (of which it owns only the maths) in order to be able to preview the equipment for cnc.
the pieces that should work are large castings, say 800x600x500. . . we have seen different types of machines and various costs. ..according to you is thinkable and feasible (in terms of cost and technology) buy a machine (also used) to prototyping directly "in the home"? '
is it possible to divide the particular into several pieces and then assemble it?? (if I have not understood bad machines with dimensions like those affecting us costs 750000€ (more or less)
last question...is there a model/technology that can also carry out small sets of smaller objects?? (key doors, models etc.)
n.b. we would not have particular need for precision. . .
thanks to all
