shortcut menu tasto dx mech 2014

Hello everyone,
please help me!!
I had customized all drop-down menus that appear by pressing the right mouse button, with all the most used commands.
today without any changes (but I had to close autocad by task manager) I don't get the "edit" menu anymore and instead I get the "default" menu. The thing makes me a great waste of time as I was used to working so now, now it touches me to reset the bars etc. etc.
please know how to return to the initial settings?
I have already tried to reload an old .cuix file but nothing changes

I'm sorry, but I'm gonna do it myself.

the problem was a variable that, I don't know xè, changed (maybe due to a crash of the program, which I often happen):
pickfirst = 1 (it had been modified to 0, practically in any situation the dx mouse drop-down menu is always that "default"
