sintered button?

Hello everyone,
to make this sintered button a lot of 400 pieces is ridiculous, right?
get it from the full how much can it cost to the piece?

sintered is not worth it and you should still work it.

you take the 40x25 aluminum thread and cut off the brushes to make 4 or 5 pieces together. machining center, cnc milling machine, contouring, drilling, flipping over, bevel...all in 25/30 minutes per piece. if the working center costs 60€/h I would say that about 30€/h are then working material .... total 45-50€/pz finished
