hello to all
I just entered this forum to ask you to help me in setting a format, in this case a2, from "custom paper sizes", imposing "width", "height" e "units".

my problem is that, in saving a file from dwg to jpg, I have not set the size of the sheet that I care to have (in a2), and I know that you can set up by making the relationship between two values divided 2.. but I do not remember how you do.

Is there anyone who can help me?

Thank you.

Adriana

yesterday I solved, thanks to this forum that I already love, the problem of how to set the size of an image from autocad in custom paper sizes.

the problem, today, is that, after setting the image in a2 (doing: 59,4 x 360 / 2,54 = 8418 and 42,0 x 360 / 2,54 = 5952), I opened it in photoshop and in "image size" leaves the pixel size unchanged but changes the document size:

Is that normal?

all this because I have to open this image climbed in cad at 1:10.000 and I have to work on illustrator, as I climbed it.

Well, now you're talking about photoshop, no more than autocad. I believe that this debate should continue in the special section

If I leave the part of the size in the photoshop opening, I would like to make two things present.
if you have to work in photoshop better print in .eps format and leave the jpg format absolutely.
If you have to open that design directly in the illustrator, take into account that you do not need an export as an image. illustrator imports dwg.
