... if you have a mechanical end (as likely even if I see you have a sprinkler) the 16 kgfs of the cylinder end there... for what you see from the scheme I would exaggerate to the great with the column not so much for the efforts at stake but especially because that arm needs to maintain a certain repetitiveness and precision of positioning in time... and obviously not vibrate.
