size of icons

do you know if you can increase the size of proe icons?
the passage from office 21 to 15.4" of the laptop is always rough.
I would like to avoid changing the resolution to solve the problem! !

on my laptop (from 17") I use resolution 1920x1200, everything becomes smaller... .
