sizing parts in assembly

I'm sorry for ignorance, but I'm approaching a little bit. I can not once assemble the parts to make them dimension so that they fit each other.
For example if there are holes I would like that if I move the hole of a part then move the hole in the other connected part. Is that possible? or if you attach a part you should also adapt the other connected.

moving holes solved. dimensioning, I used constrain always in edit here and in edit sketch and funzona. The problem is if I have to change an extrude depending on the size of another part.

I'm sure you can do this but I can't find any solution at the moment.
