in pro-e there would be the possibility to draw a 3d sketch as for example you can do in solidworks and then use the structural elements then standard profiles to build talai

hi, there is a dedicated extension just to this, you must check that it is included in your license package. the extension is called advanced framework extension and it serves precisely for the generation of elements composed of standard profiles (e.g. carpentry, industrial machinery, cranes, etc...).

I have installed expert framework extension but I think the problem is first to create 3d sketch not so much develop it then with profiles. Thank you for your patience

Look, I don't know what you mean by sketch 3d. I don't think I've ever used it. . Perhaps the design approach is not the same as you were used to using with sw. However if you try to show an example of what you want to do maybe someone comes up with a good solution to propose.

I saw. I don't think there's a similar function. It's the approach to design to be different.
The only road that comes to my mind is to start by tracking a system of points that identify the knots of your travature. You can do it with the command offset sistema coordinate.

There is no 3d sketch as you mean in swx, whether you use aafx.
Usually two-dimensional sketches are made and then used as trajectories for profiles just like structural members.
the 3d sketch funzone exists only and only in the piping&cabling module with many other features within it.

you can get this result by doing 2d sketches on their respective floors, they are easier to manage, you can also realize complex figures, not only parallelepipeds.
another system could be to rely on 3d points directly inserted in space, but it seems to me a useless complication. I use them to build pipes and cables, but for the frames they seem to me wasted.

ok made pro-e has several more functions than sw in the use of the structural elements but the 3d sketch of sw is very comfortable cmq thanks to the collaboration
