...it will be time but I don't think of anything to make the sketched spacco attached. . .

would you have qlc suggestion?

...maybe 2 axes to "x" in the plant, each with plane in the head,
holes on the floors, then cut extruded on the axles on the plane.. .

Is it better?

Hi.
you could work on the side face and extrude the asola with a conicite
Anyway, it's the same thing.
it can be added that if the piece posted must be obtained from fusion
missing the sez and the corners of sform
and should be added of the soprametal in the hole where an additional sez should be evaluated to obtain the hole and sunshades from soul x fond.
all if actually the piece is in fusion
Good day

You have to think about the type of work with which you will get that "fessure". .

..if "machine" on the finished I think this is the most truthful solution (although slender) to respect the proper radius/arch of the acelet (the cut can only be normal to the milled axis).

greetings

... will be in plastic fusion, the central pin (perpendicular) will have a hole for plug, this plug+pin will have to be able to rotate only +/- 15°.. .

If the internal faces have to be parallel I would make a simple cut by symmetrically extruding from the middle floor (the "intermediate floor" option seems to me to be called, I don't remember) the two closed areas that represent the caves in the view that you placed right then I would collect the 4+4 inner edges.
if the internal faces need the sform apply it and then fittings.

Greetings from someone who never had to distort anything, so watch what you do, I don't want responsibility. .

Excuse me.
Maybe it's the age:
But I'm not there
the prob is
shaping the mathematical model?
work the piece?
make a mold for injection?
Thank you very much
