slow saving

Hello I have autocad mechanical 2013 .. from a while when save spends a lot of time before I see the rescue bar advance. . .

except the data on a portable external hard drive...but at first it wasn't!

I think of many reasons... from hardware to software:
- First of all, saving the problem locally is solved?
- Do other programs have the same problems?

- hdd in the network with some configuration problem

hi the disk is usb 3.0 now is in the right door but still is slow to save.. . .
defrag made... there was not even need.
to know the speed of the bus? But the files are big, like, 5 mega.
