This is a more complex problem... you should contact your provider and give some log files + info on operating system and hardware. . .

the files you produce are great? if you save a blank file how big it is?

to count the solid right-click presses, select everything and below (in the bottom right bar) read the number of bodies (solids+surfaces) surfaces normally you should not have... then the number of solids=number bodies

They select everything in the main axieme (which contains others) and tells me that they are 200 bodies; one of the subaxiemes contains 9020. so would I say that the select everything selects the elements of the current axieme?
However, take into account that only one sheet contains itself (as sheet) with another 100 repeated components that are electro-welded prisoners and threaded inserts.
so to nose making the sum of the various subaxis is easy to reach 12000 bodies.
