small text size

I do not know how, but in a drawing the size of the text has set itself in a very small dimension. in other drawings the dimensions are "2.5, 4, 5..." while in this we start from "0.2000, 4.0000" and so on. How can I solve this? I attach a screen, and how you can see the text size on the top left automatically starts from 0.2000. if I write 4, the program sets 4.0000

if I write 4 autocads automatically writes 4,000. the problem is that the box to write becomes huge and impossible to manage. first instead 4 corresponded to 4 and the box was normal size. the measuring unit is in millimeters. Unfortunately I lent the pc and now I found different "lightly" settings
