Hello everyone, once again I find myself asking for advice on a problem never solved. It is a simple beam supported with 2 concentrated symmetric loads. the beam must be shaped with concrete material with fragile characteristics and therefore with possible cracking. in environment wb 14 proceed in this way:
1) under the geometry of the solid model the solid with solid elements65 [ET, matid, solid65];
! commands inserted into this file will be executed just after material definitions in /prep7.
! the material number for this body is equal to the parameter "matid".
! active unit system in workbench when this object was created: metric (m, kg, n, s, v, a) with temperature units of c
et, matid, solid65
mptemp,,,,,,,,
mptemp,1,0
mpdata,ex,matid,,3,5e6
mpdata,prxy,matid,,0.2
tb,conc,matid,1,9,
tbtemp,0
tbdata,,0.2,0.9,0.4e6,4e6,0,0
tbdata,,0,0,-1,,,
error :"an internal solution magnitude limit was exceeded.
please check your environment for inappropriate load values or insufficient supports.
also check that your mesh has more than 1 element in at least 2 directions if solid brick elements are present.
please see the troubleshooting section of the help system for more information".
warning :
"solver pivot warnings have been encountered during the solution.
this is usually a result of an ill conditioned matrix possibly due to unreasonable material properties, an under constrained model, or contact related issues.
check results carefully".
