hi mir. I use the same blowers of the rietschle helmet that are identical but I never had these problems.
the curve of your system must intersect one of the adjustment curves of the blower. not to meet it is impossible but if your plant has more or less load losses you will have more or less depression and then the system auto regulates on a real operating point adapting the flow and pressure.

If you do not cross your plant curve with the blowing curve you will never have a point of operation. It's always like that.
It's not about efficiency.

series v-xxx of the elm rietschle are the vapour pumps that make 0.8mbar but with small flow rates. are used to lift objects with suction cups.

what you indicated in the first post is the channel one side side side side g...and find the catalogue qui.
