try to look also tekla we use it for carpentry but it is for certain that there is also a version that deals with concreteVery good, I didn't check it out, but it seems valid.

they also do something more like to draw the ellipse of stiffness; useful in the design phase to best distribute the countervents (of course you have to know the theory behind it).
There is a free basic version that you can start trying to see if it meets your needs.
