software simulation turbojet

hi forums,
after days of attempts and dozens of google pages browsed, I appeal to you:
Does anyone know software to create simulations from a cad model?
In practice I have a turbojet made of caia, I have to make sure that some components rooster around a tree (compressor, turbine) and simulate a passage fluid in the conduit (if possible, also realize ignition in combustion chamber).
The only software that seems to do these things is solidworks.

Do you know another alternative? or do you have any solidworks tutorials for simulations?

I think you can use ansys.
ansys does everything, import geometry and through the tools do what you want. your system is a complex system in fact you will need to use more tools that work simultaneously.
