I have a problem with a sol 106 large displacements; Is there anyone who can help me?
I have a model formed by various parts connected to each other; to simulate some contacts I used gaps and therefore I launched a sol 106 obtaining completely sensible results, but some elements present deformations that made me think it could be the case of using the sol106 "large displacements" for which I (simplely) introduced the param lgdisp=1.
well, the result has not changed at all, besides looking in the f06 I found the message:
User warning 9028 (phase1a)
^^ no nonlinear elements have been specified.
What have I forgotten/wrong?
