solid display problem in viewport

Hello, I have a problem with 3dsmax 2016. I can't see the solids drawn if not in wireframe mode. this happens in all viewports and all rendering engines loaded. When I perform the rendering the solid appears perfect, but in the 3d view only the edges are seen. Can someone help me solve this?

try clicking on shaded (top left in perspective window) and choose a different style

only in wireframe I visualize the object, with other types of display you see nothing.. .

might be the graphics card, or you could fix reinstalling 3ds
