from a few months I went from sw to if I'm getting a tendonitis to the boys index.
Now maybe I'm beginner but so many operations seem paradoxical.
I make an example now I have created a sketch with different jobs and wanting to apply a excavation
I have to select line by line.... .the chain option does not work though they are closed areas, and the window selection as well! do you have solutions?

both chain and window selection must work; attach the file or show in a video what you do to understand where the problem is
