solid edge utility to simultaneously edit some items in draft files

from the sinister to the right

• select all horizontal quotas
• select all vertical quotas
• solid background in texts
• position the shutters on the outside\ inside
• change the shutters from arrow to point
• add interrupting projection lines
• remove interrupting projection lines
• center the view in orizontale
• center vertical view

the tool works on the current selection, you can change and selection and continue to use it
the instrument can be left open and used when necessary

downloaded 2 times but does not open me with 7zip. My problem? I have no way to try on other pcs.
error message is "impossible to open the file as archive.

Unfortunately I can't open it but at this point I think it's a problem of my pc, tonight I try to open it from home if I remember.
