solid edge structures and joints

good evening to all, I would like to ask for information inherent to solid edge, once you create a new set and made a sketch like for example a rectangle on any of the faces I turn it through the structure function in a frame consisting of 4 profiles in aluminum, in the connection points of the structure, then on the 4 corners it is possible to recognize this last as automatic assembly points for a part called joint?
