Hello everyone I am a civil engineering student and I am preparing my specialist thesis.
I am fixing the fem model of a sanctuary in ansys and in particular I am remodeling the base so that I can model it with brick elements and not with tetrahedra.
I had to break down the entire base in simpler solids to be able to use bricks but now the problem is that I have mesh not coincident between the different solids and when I launch the modal analysis (my model's helmet) I "read" the different solids as separated and not as a whole.
Does anyone know any command to align these mesh?? ?
thanks in advance
ps. the geometric model is created in rhinoceros and then imported into ansys as a parasolid file.
