I tried to join once designed the 2 ø8 semicircles using 3d line by joining the two centers and working. I just don't understand how to do all a single piece instead of the 2 semicircles + the 2 straights... Do I have to do a sketch in 3d before? I didn't understand how sp line 3d works...having no memory software under hand I can answer that the most canonical road is
create a 3d curve (for the spline software) made of your traits that prescribes the average line of your section and then transform it into solid.
if your solid is circular section use (I believe from version 19 onwards) the command add tube, giving it null diameter and thickness (being your full round), otherwise draw your section along an orthogonal plane to one of your directors.
But don't tell them... there's no way to tell them?Once created, you can use the "union" command to combine the created solids.
Olla.. perfect, so right... My, on the other hand, so I attach photos, as you see the extremities are not told. . .I think the construction is not as trivial as (notseems. once done this the result is this:View attachment 53435
