Good morning
as it is known it is not possible to "add" material in a set without creating a new part.

I have a cylinder and during the assembly process a glue bull is added on the surface.
I tried to create a surface but then in the 2d it is not represented.

how can I represent processing in 3d without adding a new part?

the basic concept is like that of a welding cord, of which I do not have bom, code etc..

you could create a multibody part: body 1 = cylinder; body 2 = glue cord
then create the two variants from familytable: variant 1 = cylinder only; variant 2 = cylinder with glue

In this way, if you need you will also have the correct weights by setting the two different materials.

I try even if we don't like to use familytables, even because if you don't manage well then in windchill become bombs
